Daily decay-corrected air-kerma strength (SK) and activity for any source, starting from any date for N days. Pick a source, set a start date and number of days, then print for the source binder (pages 24-25 of the QA worksheet).

Decay is pure exponential per the published half-life. Any clinical use must be cross-checked against your TPS and/or an independent hand calculation by a Qualified Medical Physicist.
